What’s the right first step if we’re early in AI?

Do you build private copilots and agents, or public chatbots?

If a customer-facing experience is needed, we design it with strict data handling rules and predictable behavior, but the typical value comes from internal operations automation rather than a generic public chatbot.

How do you handle sensitive or regulated data?
We design around data boundaries first. That means deciding what data is allowed, what is excluded, where processing happens, who can access outputs, and what gets logged. We also support patterns like redaction, least-privilege access, environment separation, and approval steps for higher-risk actions. We don’t treat model output as truth. We design workflows with validation steps, structured outputs where possible, and human approval for high-impact actions. We also define test cases and acceptance criteria up front, then monitor performance post-launch so issues are detected and corrected rather than silently propagating through operations.

What does “governance” mean in practical terms?
Governance is the set of controls that makes AI safe to run in production. In practice, it includes defined data boundaries, permissions and access control, logging and auditability, exception handling, approval steps where required, and a process for updating prompts, rules, and workflows without breaking operations.

What systems do you typically integrate with HubSpot?
It depends on the workflow, but the common pattern is HubSpot plus one or more core platforms, data sources, and communication tools. We focus on making the workflow execute end-to-end across systems with clear ownership, status synchronization, and an audit trail, rather than creating isolated “AI experiences” that live outside your operating environment.

How long do implementations usually take?
A first production workflow can often be delivered in weeks, not months, when the use case is well-defined and the data and integration path are available. More complex environments may require additional time for security review, integration depth, and validation. We typically scope and sequence work so you can ship value early, then expand to adjacent workflows.
